Omnium Creative Studio Features

The Omnium Software for Creative Studios help members to stay in touch via news, message boards or live chat; as well as upload and manage galleries; or display important information.

All the features have been designed to be intuitive, simple and easy to navigate. No matter what kind of sports club, you can make the ideal combination of features to fully suit your needs.

With this NEW and highly functional Omnium Software your Creative Studio will have its own personal and interactive online experience that helps you and your colleagues to communicate easily, share files, images and ideas, post news and much more.

Designed to be intuitive, simple and easy to navigate, the Creative Studio Features are divided into four main categories - Individual User Features, Communal Features, Team Features and Live Features.

Individual User Features

The ‘Staff’ feature allows users to personalise their own profile page. Each member can upload profile information, studies and interests as well as showcasing their photos in the Photos areas, and sharing important resources in the Resources area.

Staff Area

The ‘Staff’ Area is where users can find a list of all their colleagues using the Creative Studio software.

Profiles

The ‘Profiles’ area is where members can display an image and additional information about themselves. It is a simple way for members to learn about each other and to keep in touch online.

Staff Photos Area

Each personal profile contains a Photos Area. This can be used as a personal gallery where members can choose to display their photos and other images to the rest of the users.

Staff Resources Area

Each personal profile contains a Resources Area. This can be used as a personal file where members can keep documents and other files to share with the rest of the users.

Communal Features

The Communal Features allow members to interact and engage with each other, generating a strong and cohesive sense of community online.

Members can view common news and announcements and contribute to topics or threads in the discussion forums. Members can also use the Communal Features to access photos, documents, calendars and other useful features.

Login

The Omnium Software is protected with a secure Login/Logout protocol.

Welcome

The ‘Welcome’ page provides a brief explanatory statement or a greeting to all members using your Creative Studio software.

News & Announcements

This area shows announcements posted by the administrator that are related to every day news, events and activities. These can also be auto-emailed to users or sent via an RSS feed.

Discussion Forums

Within Discussion Forums, members can create, comment or contribute to any number of topics of discussion. Each discussion thread can be subscribed to individually by members or generated via an RSS feed.

Calendar

Deadlines, events, meetings, important dates or other social events can be added to the interactive calendar. Members can view more details by clicking on each event.

Galleries

Photos are public viewing spaces where selected photos and other multimedia are showcased online for members.

Studio Resources

Studio Resources is where users can find information posted for download, such as contact lists, project briefs, proposals and presentations.

Useful Links

In this area, useful and relevant URL's are available for all members. Any member of the community can offer suggested links to be approved and posted by the administrator.

Offices

This area enables studios with multiple offices to locate their partners and colleagues, wherever they may be in the world. Maps and images in the Offices area can be enlarged and printed by any member.

Team Features (Full version)

Your studio may wish to divide members into different teams based on clients or specific projects. Within each team group members can read notices, share files, post images and keep in touch within a private team area.

Team Lists

This is a list of all teams and their members within your Creative Studio software.

Team Notices

Each team’s administrator can post regular notices and announcements to all teams or just their specific team.

Other Member’s Profiles

In this area, team members can get to know more personal information about each other by viewing each other’s individual personal profiles.

Team Galeries

This area is for team members to upload and share photos and other multimedia within their team.

Team Discussion Forums

This is an area where team members can contribute to discussions about upcoming events, projects and proposals related to their team.

Live Features

Catch up with other members organise events or discuss the latest news using the Omnium Live features. The Live Features enable members to quickly and easily keep in touch through real-time, text-based conversations.

Time Information

This feature enables members to pinpoint the local time of others in their online community.

Users Online

The Users Online tool informs members who else is currently online within the community at a glance.

Chat Information and Invitations

Users can check the chat status of other members or invite other users for a live-chat session.

Live Chat Rooms

Using the Chat feature, all members can keep in touch with each other through real-time text-based chat.

Standard and Custom Interface Colours and Layouts

Omnium Creative Studio Software enables you to customise your interface by choosing from a variety of classic and modern templates, each available in a new range of colours.

Alternatively, the Omnium design team can custom build a unique aesthetic to match your existing visual identity.
